Mixed experience. Room issues need attention

the staff was friendly and helpful .
the room smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. there was also a cockroach in the bathroom, which I found unacceptable. the furniture was old and worn.

I found the team very diligent. They maintained high standards of cleanliness. The dining experience stood out. The variety and quality of the food were AMAZING!!! I also liked the respectful behavior of the staff.

The location offered convenient access to various points of interest. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. I also had a view of a notable landmark from my room. It was really great.

good fridgepoor rooms cleaning
the room was big and had a good fridge. many supermarkets were close by.
the housekeeping staff didn't answer calls and the washroom had no cold water. rooms cleaning was also not good.
